I don't make many journal entries but I wanted to thank everyone on FS for the support and encouragement you show others as well as me in our efforts. I have attained the weight loss and body goals I set for myself and even exceeded some. I am at a weight currently that is the lowest I've seen in 20 years and feel better than ever, with the exception of the few aches and pains associated with being damn near 60. My pants are down 3 sizes,(4 if I exhale) which unfortunately meant some clothing expenses. So, once again, thanks to everyone on FS. Finally found something that works!
