I know I put my actual goal weight at 219 but at 219.4, I think I’m close enough. I’m so incredibly proud of myself for getting this far. Some days I struggled so bad to not fall back into old habits and other days it was effortless. I would never have made it if it wasn’t for the support of my family & friends and my FS family. You all kept me going! When I first started this journey, I wanted a set a big but attainable goal. I knew if I set the goal too big, I personally wouldn’t be able to reach it and I would get discouraged and give up. But now that I’ve reached my first goal weight, I’ll be setting a new, smaller goal. I’m not still not quite where I want to be but I’m so much closer than I was before. Here’s to a happy Monday and a healthier life 😊
