down 13bls so far since I started walking and eating better but the other day I broke my big toe and now can't be as mobile still trying to go for my walks to get some movement in but I have to move a lot slower and take more breaks . today went to the park by my apt and walked to bench to to bench i know i to take it easy but I also don't want to lose my progress I'm making
