Today will be the sixth day of Kettlebell exercises I have been doing and during that same period I have just finished transitioning down to a 700 calorie deficit - This is going to my new normal for the rest of August - Perhaps beyond. My average prior deficit for a over a month was 1150 so it's quite a big change for my body to process.

Most of the increased calorie intake have been from cake or puddings and because I have been keeping a full diet calendar for a few months I can exactly calculate that It has lowered my protein percent for August from a normal for me 25% to 20%, I understand from googling and not any expertise that this is not ideal and something I will try and reverse. A lot more reading and understanding is needed by me about diets/exercise and proteins - Look's to be another very large and deep rabbit hole though.

Todays weather looks miserable again so I have plenty of scope for indulging myself in exercising. In addition to kettlebell stuff - I'm planning to repeat a 5.3 mile walk jog routine that I call "Southweek circular" have to see if I can shave a minute off my current record time of 1H 3M 55S.
