ANOTHER SMALL VICTORY!!! I guess it should be considered a big victory since I went to a party and ate pretty well but on the healthy side, ate come dessert and had 3/4 of a beer. And still lost .2 pound so that's a good thing. No let's see if I can do this today since it may be a little bit more of a challenge.
