I apologize that I haven't eaten good lately. I ate my pizza and my Costco bread which is n̲e̲v̲e̲r̲ allowed in the Paleo diet. Hopefully I'll eat better soon. Foods I ate that are not in the Paleo diet: agave syrup and other harmful ingredients. Also I need to gain weight fast.
