fat 41.9%. made out food plan which I will follow for the next 30 days. entered all the food I will eat between 23rd and 29th August. I am a bit low on the protein but the fat and carbs are ok. instead of going for mock meat or fish I opted to leave them out. if it doesn't work for the first week, I will adjust for this. tried to limit the total calories to 1200. today Sunday went kayaking, we did 9k to Blata tal-Melha, then swam in Gnejna.this food plan doesn't require much meal prep, I hope to stick to it.
