working a lot, eating when hungry, home cooked meals mostly, takeout once a month or as a treat only, not really eating much sweets or chocolate, not calorie counting. Started doing ballet stretching daily a few days ago, missed a couple of days after second covid vaccine as I had a lot of symptoms, almost all of them, so I was out for 2 days and didn't want to push it as I already ached all over and felt feverish. but now back to feeling strong, it's really helping improve the way I move, making me feel stronger in general and preventing my back and neck pain I was getting all the time while doing work and uni, and it feels good and reminds me of doing gymnastics which I want to get back into. looking forward to having fun doing some gym stuff, calisthenics and hopefully some weight training too, just for strength and fun and feeling good. Attempted a handstand, feet hit the back of the door and I landed on my head- need much more arm strength, currently I have about 0 haha
