The blip up in this mornings weight is a most likely due to a supper time large 680 calorie bowl of luxury shreddies with sultanas and dried apricots. The late meal was needed to maintain my deficit following an after dinner 5K jog. I'm sure that it will fall off before the next weigh in.

Today is the 14th day of indoor gym. Each day has involved two sessions following a utube quick warm up. As mentioned these are set at what I call moderate level, only a one or two of about 40 exercises cause any muscles to reach their end stops.

I have three new cast iron kettle bells so now have 6,8,10,12 & 16Kg to play with. If I am still keeping this up in a few months I can see that for deadlifts a heavier kettlebell will be needed. Hopefully I will continue to use them regularly and justify the outlay.

Today all being well we will meet up with my daughter for a picnic - As we haven't seen her in 20 months we are quite excited.
