I balanced out the 4 slices of cheese pizza (I know, I should have only had 2) with 50 minutes of hard cardio in addition to my hour pilates class. My other days have been consistently in calorie deficit. Today I actually lost a pound! It's the lowest I've been since last November, just before the holiday season, and I have no holiday or even big event for another 6 weeks when there is a wedding to contend with. Maybe I'll make it to my goal this time.
