its been to long since I have been here. I had some health issues to resolve before losing weight. I know it sounds silly, but taking off weight had to weight for once, , instead of being reminded to the health ods or doctor to lose more. So, I have only lost 6lbs in 80 days, I am back to tackling the main goal, which resolving a few health issues will help me lose more weight.
