My weigh-in today seems sketchy to me. Though I did everything I normally do, I'm thinking maybe I didn't drink enough water though I thought I drank more. Maybe something else because my calorie intake was higher than normal yesterday. Perhaps I had built my metabolisms momentum, but I expect a rise in weight tomorrow or the next day.
Anyway, the types of emotional obstacles that in the past imoblizied me are in full force today. I will push through despite just wanting to roll up and stop trying. The relentless onslaught of hardship is relative, I know. However, for me, it feels overwhelming.
In spite of it, I'm pushing through because of all I believe. Despite what my brain tells me from past coping techniques, I'm pushing through when it's the hardest. We'll get through this.
