Yesterday at work I was in a spot where you mostly just stand there... so I started jogging in place, and doing high knees, and skaters. I didn't even care if people thought I looked weird doing it. It kept the blood moving, helped time pass more quickly, and it was exercise at a time where I otherwise wouldn't be doing anything at all.
