Wow!!! Two pounds down since Monday??? I'm assuming the carbs I picked are working to my advantage. I usually weigh in on Mondays, but decided what the heck I'm going to see where I'm at. 148.4! I haven't been this thin since BEFORE I had my baby 2 years ago. I just hope I can keep going strong through the weekend, my baby girl is turning 2 on Sunday and we're having a birthday party for her with cupcakes and punch and yummy stuff I can't have. I'm sure I'll be OK, I'll be sure to bring an apple to curb any cravings.

tina, dont say you cant have...have a bit in moderation...use the 3 bite rule...pick the item you would most like to have and have 3 long, lucious, delicious bites - enjoy them to the fullest and then stop...

you have to make a decision - either enjoy 3 bites or torture yourself by denying yourself...lol...i take the enjoy route every time...lol
