Okay - this wasn't the most perfect week, but I got a little more activity yesterday and somehow recorded another loss. I get to up my carbs another 5 points this week, and am looking forward to adding a little bit of fruit back into my diet. Also, maybe a latte now and again. Hope everyone else is having a good start to the week.
