Well, here is to hoping that the insatiable hunger I’ve had hit me is gone. Did a weigh in today and as expected the weight is up. What is demoralizing is % body fat is also up. Yes it was a rough last few days.
What still confuses me about it all was I was eating stuff I don’t like, stuff I avoid. That’s the puzzle I am working on. Guess it was just sone strange weird cravings
