well after nearly six week at the same weight( after a car accident a fire in my mums flat. my mums dementia getting worse.it was so much stress) I've started finally to lose a little weight. I know stress caused me to over drink (not eat ) and it empty calories.but I'm trying to cut back I don't want to be 13st on my 60 the birthday Xmas eve. got to try harder

Sounds stressful 😫 When my Dad had dementia I survived on pizza and wine and dropped to my all time lowest weight. It is easy to lose sight of yourself in that situation xx
