Starting to get back into the correct mindset at the worst time (Christmas in 8 weeks), I am eating well, however I am feeling tired so will need to look at my sleep but tiredness may last a few days as my body starts to slowly adjust to Keto and nil Icecream. Will look to introduce the gym this week.
