It was a really long workday so I was going to get in a late workout. I had to drive into L.A. and it took longer than I expected so losing .4 pounds IS A GOOD DAY!
FYI, I change my image often. I do this to motivate myself, to reflect my thoughts or because it's funny. I do this to hopefully make you feel the same when viewing the image for the day. Have a great Saturday!
