A massive leap up but I’ve had a week or so off as I was getting so obsessed with weighing everything, couldn’t get calories out of my head, losing / gaining the same pound which was just doing my head in! I couldn’t even eat out without having to pick the lowest calorie option even if I didn’t like it!!
So I gave myself some time out, went out for meals and picked what I wanted to enjoy! Going back to it now ready for Christmas and upping my exercise to help balance it all out 😊 x x x

it can get obsessive, I to look at everything as calories & im not losing very well, im at the stage were I skipping meals & iv just started fasting to see if that speeds the weight loss up, just have to keep trying, good luck 👍
