Okay, so I have slipped away from regular recording of my meals and journal reports. I still have come a long way. I'm up a half a pound from my last weight, a whole pound from my lowest weight. It allows my body to reset, get ready for the next push. Easter is Sunday, then we go to a wedding, then a fun time with my brother and sister for a few days. I need to stay focused until I leave for the wedding, because staying on track is so difficult when you're traveling and celebrating. I want to lose that pound again before I leave. I can do it.
