cheese sticks are portion control. I do like the low fat sharp cheddar ones. 

I love cheese too and my doctor told me to stay away from it. Ugh!  

Lol maybe it's not my place but 135 doesn't warrant some cheese? My body is currently being built with crunch bars and cereal. 😝😝 But cheese is awesome. May have to have some tonight.

Cheese is like cocaine for me so I dropped it when I dropped dairy. I miss it times but mostly over it now.
