Another good workout this morning. I was concerned as I had a sore shoulder most of yesterday, one too many hay bales to deadlift. Chest day today. I am progressing.
Stood on bathroom scale. It gets very confused. Sometimes it forgets to move and other times it moves the wrong way. So this unofficial weigh in intake with a grain of salt considering the scale I used. But I am pleased with it.
