Will try to be on track today as DP said.
I do track my calories religiously every day.
First they are on my plate and then I put them in my mouth!🙃

My hubby is being taken out to lunch today for he made the company a million dollar gain in one month. 😊💪
So we didn’t buy a lunch yesterday for today, I just packed apple, peach, carrots, salad, and a half peanut butter sandwich. 🥪 Sometimes a lot of little low calorie stuff though adds up.
You do burn 26 calories a minute kissing.
That's probably why I'm overweight.😆
Definitely will walk the warehouse today. With new hires and construction going on I haven’t done it lately. I should be careful though for at the age of 65, my Grandma started walking 5 miles a day.
She's 92 now. We have no idea where she is.🤣
