back on the see saw... did make some killer kale chips for the first time...and they are yummy. I think I over did the salt....well I did over do the salt. So that's what I am blaming the gain on. Disappointed and a litte disgusted...but not discouraged. I really want to hit the 100 mark within a year though... I got one more week to do it. :) 3 lbs.. if not... no big deal.

I see that my weight-loss has been stalled just about as long as yours - a few weeks. My end goal is comfortably far-away and still attainable (want to lose another 15 pounds by September), but I sympathize with your feeling that it would be NICE to have lost 100 pounds in a year. Your message has reminded me not to get hung up on these danged numbers, and get frustrated by the appeal of nice round numbers.
