Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!

I was happy to see the scale moving in the right direction this morning. It’s been awhile and I’m glad to be back at this weight range. Not my lowest nor at my current goal but going down. I’ve had thoughts of resetting my goal back to 150 just so I could see the positive blue line as I haven’t lost much since resetting my goal. Thoughts of wondering if I’m losing my motivation to get to my new goal. Do I really have the same drive? Foods are getting to be more of a focus instead of fuel. Am I going to self-sabotage myself again? I’ve also toyed with just being on maintenance through the holidays. Maybe that’s what I’ve actually been doing…. Lots of random thoughts!
