Weigh in this morning. Official. Had a good week at the gym. And this week has been good as well. I was surprised that the body fat % didn’t drop but it remained constant at its lowest level since starting this journey. I was also surprised by the decrease in muscle mass since I was lifting heavy all week and for the last two months.
