cant seem to be consistent with healthy eating 💔 eat well for 3 days a week then 4 days of eating out, socializing and just drinking too much... this sucks

I found that the app helped me to make wiser choices about what I eat even when I am eating out. I is something I rarely do, but take-aways do still happen from time to time (that's just life). One example will be Burger King...I eat only the burger, not the meal, I choose the smaller option and I know that the rest of my day consists mainly of veggies and salads to keep up with my KJ budget. We also don' t drink alcohol allot, but when I do, I started opting for my husband's whiskey instead of wine. It really helps me to keep track of every single thing I put in my mouth with the app, even in public. My weight-loss is slow, but consistent.

I am exactly on the same path.lost 16 kg the healthy way and now I just lost that motivation,Monday to Thursday goes great and downhill from there

I agree with MANDISAC 😁 Try upping your workout routines and adding some cardio. Maybe add an extra day or two if your schedule allows for it. It really helped me back when I was living my best life on weekends 😆🥂
