Down a pound, that's nice. Last night I did something of an arm & abs workout while sitting in a chair. But today I'm home again, this time for some eye trouble. I've got an appt with my optometrist, assuming I can drive, LOL! Sometimes it sucks getting old. Anyway, planning to watch the calories as much as possible, and possibly do some slow walking on my treadmill tonight. I think my new boots can handle it!
