I am SO sorry! I was in the same situation. He didn't want a divorce, but he still wanted to see her. I filed!

OMG! That is awful, BPerritt, and I am sincerely sorry for what you are going through. Don't be rash. He has made his decision (and emotionally abandoned your relationship) and now it is time for you to logically think through the best set of moves for you. No one else can judge whether you stay and try to work through (it will take BOTH of you committing) or whether you go. You certainly may Inbox me anytime, even if just to vent. I will be praying that God gives you the wisdom, strength and courage to secure your future. 

So sorry to hear that. All I can say the gym or just working out at home the hardest that you can and keeping your self first is the best thing you can do for yourself. I was in that situation and the gym did miracles on the way I reacted to the stress and all the feelings I was feeling. good luck and best wishes to you and your marriage. May he do the same miracles he did on my life. 

It is hard trying to understand, after 33 years together why he is doing this, I had a stroke in October and several seizures. I have just been released to drive and be active again, so, it will be back to the gym for me!
