Thanks Jamie, I didnt do as well as I wanted, started the week well but then slipped up and got lazy with the exercise but atleast it was still down rather than a maintain or gain:) 

I hear you, being disciplined 24/7 is hard , I slip up around Wednesday if I do slip up ! 🤣 

I can be great sunday till friday. My partner always gets a takeaway every Friday and Saturday and we go to the pub then he orders food. Lol we went to seperate events on Friday and i said under no circumstance tell me your ordering food just get it for you. And I've already eaten before I went out to avoid temptation. So what does he do, "do u want anything from the chippy?" ME: " I'll have a sausage, a battered sausage and a spam fritter!!!".. I mean I don't even eat them lol but my night was not so fun so clearly trying to find a meat happiness 😆 luckily they was closed but I went home and cooked a plate of chips covered in mayo, chilli sauce and cheese! 🙈 Saturday ate half his Chinese because he doesn't listen to me lol, orders to much and I hate waste... there is only so many chicken balls I can roll down the garden for my dog to catch... perhaps I should run after them aswell 😅 roast dinner I'm pretty good at measuring even after the Sunday lunch pub events but the exercise just goes out the window after wedneaday, that must be a trying day lol
