Easter, family visiting, then mini vacation back home to California. Ate a lot, felt awful because of it when I got home. I've lost almost 4 pounds this week, mostly because I've stopped eating junky and it's most likely water weight from the junk food and bloat.
Attempting to be re-motivated.
