happy Thanksgiving to all of you. I am trying to remind myself that I can enjoy over the next couple days and not eat too much today. I started today with a slice of pie. I am frustrated because I was a pound away from my goal and started gaining a ounce a day and now I have 13 ponds to goal. I must become determined it's the only way I will ever make it. we are not able to go for a 2 mile walk everyday now because of weather and my husband is having chest burning like I did before my quad bi-pass. but we are trying whenever we can.
