Hi everyone,
It’s been a while since I made an entry in my Journal and like everyone else over the last few years it’s been challenging times. Like normal my weight has been on a journey of its own lol 😂 well very long story short I have been feeling out of sorts for a while now and eventually managed to get a doctors appointment and look into it.
Upshot is l have been diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 borderline type 1 🥴 , high blood pressure and to cap it off my cholesterol is far too high 🥴. I am now on Metformin for my Diabetes and expect to start taking Atorvastatin today for to reduce my cholesterol. of getting my health back in check is to sort out my waistline.
