Inflammation going down. Ate less calories as I’m out if protein powder. I never run out. Walked more the last 3 days than I’m truly able. May do so again. Resting in between abs doing all the yoga, strextchung abc back exercises I can. I’ll get there . Determination! 💯

Thank you for your support! I walked a bit today and I’m dinked. I am a truexwalking miracle. I was mostly in a wheelchair 8 years. 🌈🌈
