Hello and Happy Saturday FS!
Yeah, down a tad. 💃🌞 I’ve been trying to eat between 1,000 and 1,100 calories to see what happens. Seems like I’m hanging around the same weight with a little jog here and there. When I was losing, I was usually between 700 to 900 calories. I wasn’t hungry but the calorie count was low and probably not sustainable long term.
It’s a beautiful, sunshiny day and our community is having their Annual Golf Cart Christmas Parade. We didn’t enter but my SIL did. Her cart is Pirate themed I guess. Not sure if it’s a Pirate decorated as Santa or a letter P but so big she couldn’t get it back in the garage. My other SIL, says it looks like a phallic symbol. Should be an interesting parade. I should also be able to easily spot her … I guess.
