Keep in mind you can gain and lose 5 lbs in water weight. I've had that fluctuate in 24 hours. Stay consistent and stay positive, you're amazing!! 🤘🤘🤘

mine is a 10 pound monster, but I get that metal battle. So often I have wished it was something I could just physically grab and take down. No such luck, eh? I guess that just means it will feel that much more amazing when we conquer it, right?
