Down a little more and feeling pretty good. Love reading all your journal posts. It really helps to see others sharing similar experiences and helps keep you motivated.
Looking forward to my daughter coming home from college in two weeks. She has not seen me since I started this journey. I am sure once she is here she will encourage me to keep it up and work out with me.
I am so glad our hot weather is cooling off. So hard to walk when it is over 90 degrees! I did it but I bought a fan to aim at the treadmill!

WTG, @RR!!! That's great news about your daughter coming home. She's going to LOVE what she sees. BTW, working out when it is so hot isn't comfortable, but wow the results are great. Just make sure you stay hydrated. Keep smiling and feeling great!

Lucky you on your daughter coming home in 2 weeks. I have more like 7 weeks until my son comes home. He has been studying abroad in Sweden since last August and I sure miss him. Glad to hear your daughter is so supportive and will work out with you. At least you have the treadmill! I went for my normal walk at the start of the heat wave around here and I almost died (I am a total wuss when it comes to overheating). Yesterday it had cooled down to mid-60s and it was WONDERFUL. I enjoyed every minute of my walk.
