DAY 12: MY MIND IS BLOWN THIS MORNING…… I DON’T GET IT I HAD DATE NIGHT LAST NIGHT AND I DID NOT SPLURG ON MY CALORIES BUT I DID HAVE SOME CARBS. I HAD CHICKEN SHRIMP FRIED RICE AND I HAD A SMALL PIECE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE AND BROGHT THE REST TO MY CHILDREN. I DID AN HOUR OF ZUMBA YESTERDAY IM BLOWN AWAY I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS WEIGHT LOSS THING AT ALL I WAS ANTICIPATING A GAIN AND I GOT A LOSS WELL PRAISE THE LORD ☺️
