today is my 66th birthday. Not really up for celebrating but plans were made and will hopefully cheer me up. Started my day with my non fat plain greek yogurt, pumpkin, blueberries and cardamom. Going out for lunch and dinner and will try not to go too crazy with my eating choices. Happy Dec 16th everyone!
