Monday weigh in. Another 4 weeks are over. Put on 1.1kg from previous week. It’s all because of naughty weekends. I was doing well during week, even lost some weight, but then weekend came and I made pilaf for friends, we went to Christmas markets, had mulled wine, coffee… Had a good time though;)
