yesterday in the gym I had a fella tell me 'lookin good and nice shirt' but the one that really made my head swell was a younger guy came up to me and told me I was crazy vascular. he said I was big and super peeled looking. he said his goal was to get the size I am now (I seen the guy in the gym and had thought to myself that he was pretty big already). and then asked me for cycle advice. after I looked at him funny he asked if I was natural or not. -super f*@$ing compliment 😂 extra win.
here I was thinking my muscle size was withering away during my weight loss phase and was ready to toss in the towel and go back into maintenance. Ill finish off week three and taper up.

YoungBeefylocz, my best advice is to keep things simple don't over complicate it. The tried and true method: Stay consistent, eat alot, eat clean, lift heavy and sleep at night. If you start looking a bit puffy eat alittle less. In the gym just Pick the weight up! Sit the weight down! You don't need anything crazy . It's that simple. Don't get caught up in the YouTube influencer nonsense of dudes trying to sell you supplements and cookbooks. You don't need any of that shit. Hope that helps.

I honestly never see any benefit from creatine. It's not a magical supplimemt. I see the initial weight gain from it but nothing crazy and definitely no noticeable improvements in the gym. Anything that actually works is more then likely illegal 😂 nothing is going to be more beneficial than your diet. Get that dialed in. You'd be amazed.
