Inflammation down
Going to try and get it all off and back as low as I was. My muscle mass has increased from yoga stretching abs sone exercises. I do a nightly Cherokee dance. I’m not really able, but I bounce and keep my heart rate up 20 minutes. I can see a difference. Onward! Have a gorgeous day!💜🤗🌻🌈

Oh yeah. You need to move it or lose it! I’m considered incomplete paraplegic. The dr said I’d be in a wheelchair for life. I said NO! I started yoga 2 years ago and exercises and now have reflexes in my feet! I’m positive the dancing abc exercise helped. It’s definitely giving me muscle I haven’t had for years.I walk all over my house unaided. I need a walker out and my chair only for long distance. I’m trying to go farther abs farther. Thanks for your support!
