Up here in Maine it's all snow and ice on the back roads where I live. Not ideal walking. Our town could use a new plow guy lol So yesterday I went shopping in town and parked away from the building. I got some walking in which made me feel good! I just double masked to be extra safe with my transplants and all. My winter blues have hit hard already this year. I'm excited to do this again! Plus a drop ☺️ Wishing everyone a blessed day 🙏💗

I'm in Washington state, out in the boonies too with walking not possible (for me). Maybe I'll have to visit my elliptical instead for a while...or even Sit & Be Fit would be better than the 'nothing' I've been doing!! Glad you are finding ways to beat those winter blues!!!🙋♀️💙

CrystalJo74 thank you 💗 Maybe I'll look into the sit and be fit too ☺️ I'm trying to talk my hubby into getting a treadmill... Maybe the treadmill fairy will just drop one off and we'll just have to find room 😉
