Up and at ‘‘em folks. Happy Thursday.
Gym was nice. Did some light lifting then jumped in the pool and for 30 minutes actually swam laps! I know, poor substitute for playing Marco Polo with kids.

Breakfast was ham and eggs, another big breakfast for me.

Stepped on the scale at the gym, it’s one of those where you adjust the weights on the top of it. That scale read 217! That can’t be right. Stepped off, checked its calibration and it was ok. Stepped back on and yep, 217. So my bathroom scale, which I know is unreliable is way to nice to me. The body scan scale could be ok, that was a few days ago and there are fluctuations in weight it wow!
