Post-Op day 8 VSG. Lost more today. Small BM, a surprise since my fiber supplements haven't arrived yet. Struggling with the schedule. Doesn't seem to fit when I want to eat stuff. Having a can of Pure protein today. Don't like the taste much, but will help to get that protein requirement in.
