I am so incredibly happy that I have almost reached my first goal! Had an okay week... thought I screwed it up on Monday by eating Chinese Food but boy, I was wrong! :) Very happy!
Oh, and to add to this journal- I went to the doctor this week and they said my blood pressure is great! Last time I went it was rising. So I am stoked about that!
