38.5% bf lets hope this is a sign of weight going down and not fluctuating. Mondays are normally fast days, but i ate 2 meals yesterday... felt a bit under pressure with work stuff and it doesnt go well with trying to fast. Got about 8 days to go for 4 months ive been dieting.. Dont think ill get 4 stone loss badge, but ill not be far off.
