I am stil maintaining in spite of the poor choices I have made lately. Last night I had ice cream and cake at a graduation party. Today will be a soggy golf day, we have had 2.5 inches of rain over the last several days. It will be good to get out and get some exercise my husband and I have been spending a lot of time together. We need to do our own thing for a couple of days so we wont aggravate each other ha ha

You are doing so well in maintenance! The last time I had cake was Christmas time in 2012. My daughter is on Weight Watchers and she makes sugar free cake sometimes, with applesauce instead of oil and egg substitute instead of eggs, so it has lower calories. I still need to buy some flax meal and make the MIM muffin. One of these days. :)
