Thanks for the support! This was a huge drop for only 10 days, but i went from the least healthy diet to ridiculously healthy, and also started working out at the same time 😅
I'm sure it'll slow down going forward lol

Right now my diet looks like this :
Breakfast-I typically will have eggs with toast or eggs and a biscuit. Sometimes a small omelette instead off plain eggs. Now and then I might add a couple sausages, or a muffin, as a treat.
Lunch- I usually just have a couple servings of fruit, and a couple servings of veggies with a bit of dip. Maybe some almonds or trail mix as well.
I spread it over a few hours since it's a bunch of snacks pretty much lol
Supper- I have a lot of different healthier frozen dinners, or a sandwich with lots of spinach added to it.
Tomorrow I'm treating myself to subway, but I did up my food diary for tomorrow with it on there already, and I'll still be within my calories :)
My diet is limited, because I stay at a hotel for work most of the time lol

As for excersize, I go to the gym with a friend of mine from work almost every morning. We only work out for about a half an hour. Some days I go swimming for 15-30 mins after work too.
It's a big change from eating nothing but the worst food in large quantities and being practically sedentary lol
This week coming will likely be more restful, with different food, so it'll be a little harder to stay on track. But I'll try!
